We recognise the value of our staff as being key to the success of our business. We believe that by ensuring we have the right staff, with the right training and the right experience we are able to offer an unrivalled service. Our recruitment policy is actively managed to ensure it is fair and reflective of the population in the areas we operate. Our staffing is an excellent mix of diverse and differing backgrounds and ethnicities.

Much emphasis is given to the people we recruit, the training we provide and to the fact that our staff will be working in close proximity to our clients, residents and members of the public. Following recruitment, our staff are assessed for the training they require and are placed on a training programme tailored to there needs. Recognised qualifications, e.g. NVQ or BICS for cleaning, are sponsored by the Company.

We believe in properly motivating and rewarding our staff. Staff rewards are benchmarked annually to ensure they remain at the upper end of the market. Through this policy the Company enjoys a low staff turnover and our clients and their residents benefit hugely from this stability and experience.
